No, I've been having nosebleeds every so often for the past year or two. I have no clue why, though. I'd assume it's something with the air being really dry. Or allergies from hell. Or a cut inside my nose.

But really, no clue. It's annoying as hell to blow my nose and get blood all over my fingertips. So if I'm not at home, I get to grin at people and raise my eyebrows like I've just pulled my fingers out of someone's chest, and they're next.
