I tried watching an episode of the original show, I had to stop after a few minutes .

Too many "make a sound like a computer might sound like in the future" sounds. The same red light on the console means 400,000 different things. Tricorders look like cassette players. TERRIBLE acting.

I could go on for hours.

I understand it was ages ago and ketchup was high tech TV blood...

HOWEVER, The Doomsday Machine is awesome. Bad acting, good story.
