That's the shortcut for zooming, it will increase the size on every site. If you set it to only zoom text it won't screw with the layout.

I'm on 3.6, I didn't even know there was a version 4 . I'm pretty sure zooming is set for everything on 3, I haven't used it in forever so I can't remember.

Yeah, it's in beta, but works better than 3 did under win7 64bit, FF3 has a tendency to have the process hang when you close the window, and it then sucks up all of your system resources. It's really really annoying
