Dunno who you are cant see names, but yesterday Windows had a fit Lucky all my iso's I had prepaired for the PSP Section for yesterday had uploaded already and i had the links so i could post em on my laptop.

I was going to say that in case you were reinstalling steam you can move the steamapps folder out of it's default place and move it back there after installing to prevent you from reinstalling.

It might still be possible if you use an undelete program such as Recovermyfiles to do a search for the folder itself since it still might be intact but that would be as much work as just downloading each game.
