Yeah satellite sucks dicks here too, nor are the cable companies much better, but at least you don't lose reception every time it rains. Just when your cable wire gets bent more than 15 degrees or is used for more than a year.

You aren't supposed to lose satellite reception when it rains either. They're just too lazy to set up the dishes properly so that doesn't happen. We're currently experiencing large amounts of snow. The signal is perfectly clear.

I do not follow the appeal of UFC. As incredibly stupid as pro wrestling is, I can at least somewhat understand the whole soap opera angle. With UFC it's just a bunch of two men grabbing each other and punching until one gives in. Seems dull. /I dislike sports and fail at being a stereotypical guy

The appeal for most people lies in the fact that it's like REAL LIEF FIGHTAN I think, except with no weapons or friends backing you up and a few rules, like don't knee/kick someone in the face when they're down/on their knees, because you may accidentally kill them. I personally enjoy watching it from time to time, and it becomes more interesting to watch if you follow all the trash talking/hype behind the big fights or you enjoy watching/learning about certain fighting styles. The whole Ju-Jitsu aspect is very boring and fairly homoerotic though, and I can understand being bored by that. Two dudes hugging each other on the ground for 9 minutes? Yeah, that shit gets old quick, but watching two guys beat the shit out of each other while standing is fun. But then again I've always enjoyed boxing, so I'm probably a little biased.
