Yeah, by all I've heard it sounds very like my sort of difficult. The sort of difficulty where you always feel like you've been beaten by your own incompetence rather than by any quirk of the game itself, and demand one more try because you're so sure that this time you'll get it right.

Seconded. I think children are cute in Youtube videos of them doing adorable things, and when you see them in Japanese aquariums with their mothers whispering 'hello' to cardboard cutouts of penguins (true story! ). Not so much when you're stuck at close quarters with them for long periods of time. My little cousin tires me out enough when she visits for an hour. Pretty sure I'd go crazy if I had to be a father.
There isn't any more yet. You see, Milady is a very lazy creature. The poor little tea light might burn itself out before she's finished being amused by AiTD for the time being.

A couple times I've been sure that I knew where everything was, and made a straight dash to my bloodstain to pick up all those souls I dropped before continuing. This usually results in my dying again (and causing said souls to be lost forever). Then, instead of giving it another attempt, I need to do something else until I can forgive myself for being an idiot.

I would almost certainly go insane. Or the kids would annoy my boyfriend so much that he might kill them. Or me. Or something.

I get lost a lot. And, in true manly man fashion, I opt to not pull over and ask for directions.

My favorite part thus far has been the repeated accusations against this poor, poor cupboard, that it was just waiting to fling open its doors and reveal some monstrosity.

    The cupboard is empty.

    "Well, shit."

    Poor, innocent cupboard's face =

Preparing to move into that other place, or do your plans revolve around something else?

At least you're approaching accuracy in your usernames!

Pretty much. Or like how certain members of my family can be logically called bastards.

Everything I know about horror games was just telling me there was something in there. It was framed far too perfectly and it seemed like such a perfect setup for a jump scare. Which the game was extremely fond of up to that point.

    I call it probable cause.

I thought so too, it looked like you could see a little too well through the cracks between the doors and such. Sort of like in old animated cartoons and such where the scenery would be one color, and whichever part was going to be moving in the next few seconds was always the same color, but of a different shade.

    Still, poor unloved cupboard.
