    Just had a fight with my girlfriend about her drinking. She IM'd me to tell me about how wasted she got over the weekend on cheap vodka and wanted to tell me about her "cute drunken antics". Long story short, apparently I was an asshole and made her feel horrible.
    As I was walking down the stair,
    I met a man who wasn't there.
    He wasn't there again today.
    I wish, I wish he'd go away.

    But if she didn't know you had a problem with her drinking, then it could easily come off as you being an asshole in her view. I think it may be good for future reference to let her know about these things ahead of time
