Dude, eggs and wienies in the morning. Don't like eggs? Weight control oatmeal, with low carb bread (find it in walmart), 3 hours later have an apple and peanut butter (good carbs and protein, can't beat it), 3 hours later have a nice big sandwich with low carb or whole grain bread with lots of sandwich meat in there, with mayonnaise and lettuce and tomatoes etc. don't like veggies, doesn't matter, have just bread and meat. You need Omega 3, 6, and 9 fats, which are found in mayo, to flush out bad fats. So go to walmart get Omega 3 pills, also known as fish oil and take 2 with a meal 3 times a day, 3 hours later, same thing another fruit, not bananas or mangos, those are the bad fruits, alot of fruit, 3 hours later, a big piece of meat. Then sleep. Need ice cream or something, there is Blue Ribbon ice cream with no added sugar but sweetened with splenda, it's delishum, i promise, I'm fat, I know tastey when I taste it. Take 2 Vitamin B complex pills at breakfast and lunch. It speeds up metabolism and energy.

That or you can't eat plain oatmeal in the morning with splenda for flavor, then tuna, tuna, tuna, tuna, then chicken for a couple weeks. It's what I did.
