So apparently the GGPO site is down or something, because I've been trying off and on for the last hour or so to go on and register, to absolutely no avail.

Security center can be disabled in the control panel>administrative tools>services right click on security center and go into the properties, stop it, then disable it.

Open it up and find "change the way Security Center notifies me" on the left side of the window. click it and choose the bottom option. Then disable the service.
