I think my monitor is fucking up.Everything on the screen that's against a dark color gets shadow repeats of it to the side.
Got rid of it by wiggling the monitor connecting cable.

To degauss tv's and stuff, you stick a magnet in the end of a drill, press the trigger and apparently the movement will take away magnetism out of the screen.
