Like I said that one was effing hard. Took a lot of practice until I got in a zone. I am quite sure I could not just fire up the game and do it again the first crack at it.
Examples? Can't be arsed to look shit up right now.

that sounds actually quite cool. i think i had heard of another game with a similar gameplay (in terms of making children that continue the fight) but cant quite remember what it was... pretty sure it was another japanese dungeon crawler though
Maybe Conception II? Big difference in the quality of the two games though.
are these sidescrolling shmups you talking about or uh... whats it called. top down scrolling? lol
There are a shit ton of dungeon crawlers on Vita with more on the way lol.
Only Batsugun a long time ago.
So is memorizing really a big part of shmups? I was trying to add some random elements to my game but my friends was like, no shmups must have memorable patterns.
Damn you alive, where ya been geze?
I do prefer physical, and don't like the terms of service for stuff like steam. But since I left my home country, having a lot of physical materials to take with myself here or there is a pain. It's already a pain with my PC and all the consoles. I don't really want to add a whole lot of physical discs to the baggage. And I really don't know where I'll be a year from now, it may be a different city, maybe a different country even. Steam is useful in my situation.
Gobby trying to reel in poor saps again. :low:
btw Gypsy I think the game I was talking about was Record of Agarest War. It's a PS3 game but the graphics are more like NDS/PS1 lol
Awful game. Would not recommend. :booger:
No, I actually DO NOT like beating up noobs in fighters, its absolutely no fun if there is no challenge to a fight.
Imagine sticking the CPU difficulty on zero.............opponent just standing there not moving or just jumping around like a fuckin idiot...............(I actually fought a guy that just jumped around like a idiot, very embarrassing)
I try to teach whoever is interested the basics of whatever fighter, if they wanna be pro they gotta do this,

Watch that shit, awesome.
BTW I can't do advanced shit like in that video, just simple stuff.
Impressive video none the less since Garou is awesome.
I dont have talent in fighting games. My brother can just pick any game and totally pwn me on his first try. Really frustrating lol
How good are you at FPS then?
Since you were having a ball with CS.
FPS takes fast response time/reflex's as a decent fighter so you need to be quick and alert in order to not die.......................if you want to know my performance in a FPS ask Gyp...................:Low:
Oh FPS is my favorite genre both MP and SP. on MP I quite like arena style shooters like Quake and Unreal Tournament.
But with fighting games aside from having fast reflexes you also need to memorize a whole lot of patterns and more importantly be able to execute them on demand. That's where I fall short. I can't pull of the combos or special moves.
Finally read the annoying short story. Now I have to make it "interactive" as a university assignment.
Unreal 04 is the sheeeeeeeeeeeet.
You mean the new community developed one? Or do you mean the engine?
