Yeah you really need to have a conversation with him before it winds you up anymore. Guy sounds like an ass but he may just be oblivious and need things spelling out. Chances are he lives like that at home and his parents never gave him chores or taught him any responsibility.
Honestly though fuck having room mates if you can avoid it.

Turned my Neo-Geo on the other day, and instead of the usual music that accompanied the games. I would get either missing instruments, or insanely garbled music altogether. Suffice to say I kind of freaked out a bit. After troubleshooting for a couple hours I finally went so far as to take it apart and re-seat the two motherboard's connections. The other key point people are forgetting is Youtube/Google have agreed to this arrangement. They’re happy to enforce it because it puts the onus on content providers and means Youtube themselves don’t have to pay additional revenue. If you want to get angry at someone, get angry at Youtube for not caring enough to negotiate a better deal.
