In the past ~36 hours he has now taken 7 showers, that or he lets friends use the shower as well. This wouldnt bother me so much but he has never cleaned the bathroom ever.
He is insanely loud.
He regularly leaves the common room a complete mess after having friends over and never cleans it up.
He regularly fills both the trash and recycling up after having friends over, takes a little bit of stuff off the top and puts it in a small bag and takes that out instead of just emptying the whole thing.
He left a beer can in the freezer and it of course exploded and he never cleaned it up.

Have you tried talking about this shit? Especially the "chores". Like if he refuses to clean the bathroom and you are doing it that needs to be offset.

Yeah you really need to have a conversation with him before it winds you up anymore. Guy sounds like an ass but he may just be oblivious and need things spelling out. Chances are he lives like that at home and his parents never gave him chores or taught him any responsibility.
