Zombie Master, a source mod, in a graphically intensive map, with 20 zombies in front of me, and FRAPS recording a video of it all. Only drops into an uncomfortable FPS range once. For the rest of it its perfectly playable.
I know, I keep forgetting how low the system specs are. My old 9600XT played it nearly maxed out at 800x600.

Its probably a CPU bottleneck, think of your whole system, not just the video card.

Because it used to slow down at the same place when I had the 9250,
Legit. :O My friends chipped in and helped me get HL2, CS: S, and Gmod so I could play online with them and join them in working on a Source mod.
As I was walking down the stair,
    I met a man who wasn't there.
    He wasn't there again today.
    I wish, I wish he'd go away.

hmm, I doubt that's the bottleneck. Its the video card then, it can't handle that resolution at all.
