VBA - Wario Ware Twisted (U) [Motion Sensor Fix] ips patch,Were should i put?

Got the Motion Sensor ips patch stuff,got the wario ware Twisted game...And i dunno were do put this damn ips patch...
Should i create a file called "IPS"? should i put it in the roms file? should i put it were VBA is? Any help?

Make a copy of your rom and patch it with LunarIPS:

You have to unzip or unrar the rom before you can patch it.

Your welcome.

In case you didn't know, you can zip the rom back up to save space and still play it with VBA.

But don't rar it.

VBA can play zipped roms as long as there's nothing else in the zip file except the rom, but it can't play roms inside rar files.
