The same as a 20mb connection. You can dload all day, but you get capped for 4 hours after dloading 300mb between 5pm and 12am. So in theory, you could be back to your full dload speed just after 9pm. Whether you can get capped twice in one night...I don't know.

Dload between 12am and 5pm, you get your full speed then. Between 5pm and 12am if you dload 300mb on a 2mb connection, you are capped to *1mb for 4 hours. You could dload 300mb in no time...so in theory, your 4 hour cap runs out at 9:15pm for example. You can now dload at 2mb again...Indeed. I don't understand what you're saying. Also; I don't get capped to 1mb. I usually get down to 30kb/s download...
