It's been a while since I've done it so I can't remember exactly without doing it.


Unlock it in the Xbox with Xboxhdm. You should be able to put it in the pc. Right click my computer and select manage/disk management. You should be able to format it to NTFS from there.

If the hdd is from a different Xbox, you'll have to hotswap to unlock it.
