I have been thinking of getting a Wii for my birthday. Sell me on this idea. How much am I looking at spending to get a few controllers and component cables? Plus, what games are there for it, besides Zelda, that aren't just mini games? I know I will eventually get one for Brawl, but should I get one now for my birthday?

I see how much more "game" my son gets from being able to online multiplay, and I remember how much fun I had back when I used to play Unreal Tournament online on the PC, and I think I might actually enjoy the PS3.

Also, it looks like they have done away with the small version of the PS3...the 20GB hard drive etc, and they're all the 60GB version. The new $499 price is decent too.

Zelda is pretty much identical on the Cube, just everything is 'flipped'...everything that's on the right on the Wii is left on the Cube.

The end of that game fucking sucks. Also, the entire God of War series lacks challenge. Fun games, but way too easy.

I bought a PS3 for 1 game.

That's why I'm waiting for the PS3, I only see right now being interested on MGS4, FFXIII, and that's it, but I can see that good games will come out later.

I can't see that on the Wii though...only like, variations of "move this shit really fast!" games.
