    Default I need to find out things about someone.

    What would be the best way to do this? I don't know his name for sure, and it could be a false name. Is there a website I can use for background info or something on someone? It needs to be free mind you. You are the smartest group of people I know, so I came to you guys don't let me down. I do have a cell number, but I don't know how to use it to my advantage.
