What's the problem anyway?

When I look at the floor, I get crap performance. The more of the floor is in the player view, the worse it is. It averages about 20 FPS looking straight ahead.

Wha? What do you mean? The floor level is about 128 inches (a little over 10 feet) below the origin level, as the original brush was centered on the original and was 256 squared.
