Although it does look like MS, I still think the scenario isn't DRAMATIC enough for the makers of Naruto to make him use MS or reveal that he also has MS.

Activating MS doesn't mean the user automatically gains a set of jutsu's for it to use. Once activated, the user needs to learn them. For all we know, Sasuke may have MS, but no jutsu's for it yet. Then again, why would he use it against someone he isn't trying to kill?

He didn't use it. Or, it doesn't look like he used it yet. Kinda looks like he almost wanted to use it.

I don't see him getting out of this situation on his own. Someone definitely needs to come to his rescue and get him out of there. Maybe Kakashi will pop in, and use his Mangekyou Sharingan on Deidara, teleporting him to another dimension, finishing off what he started against Deidara from before.

Hmm....that is quite a possibility or may be one of the Hebi members will come to Sasuke's rescue and we'll get to see any one of their unique abilities or something or maybe it all turns out to be a clone or genjutsu or somethin, although I highly doubt it

Don't really think the makers of Naruto will give up on a character like that. It just doesn't feel like they would. Well....assumptions will be assumptions. We'll know it just about a week.....damn why a week

Well, for now, Juugo is just a side character, and we know those can be killed off. Just look at Asuma. =\
