Insomnia is a fucking bitch. Highest quality bitch I swear. She's always bitching. Damnit.
I went to sleep at 12am after abusing energy drinks and I was dead tired... I quitted MSN so fast people were scared I was having problems, which I was I honestly thought I'd faint. SO knowing I was scared I thought I'd sleep quite a long time... I wake up and see 6:00 on my alarm clock... I'm thinking "holy cow... I slept 18 hours!"
I felt a bit refreshed, hungry but still rather weird. I look outside and the sky is orange-ish. So I got back to sleep in a matter of minutes.
Then I wake up and see 9:00. I'm still surprised at the amount of time I've been sleeping, and I think "shit, I didn't even go to the postal office and tell good luck to the ex for her exam" (lol I know, what the hell).
I look outside and see the sky is brighter... I'm rather lost. I hop on the comp and I see 9:02. In Canada we use 24hrs time format.
To say the less I was extremely deceived to learn I only slept 9 hours after being so tired.
Fucking hell. Still tired.
Insomnia is really a bitch.

Making a topic for this isn't worth it, so I'm posting it here instead .

I've been kind of thinking about this for quite a while now, but a few minutes ago, I decided about leaving EP, at least for a while. Lots of things have changed on the forums the last months, and in my opinion -- for the worse. Of course, I'm sure I've played a part in that myself, but there are others as well. To be quite honest, it's been ticking me off that this doesn't seem to be a games/emulation community anymore, but a small 4-chan clone, or something like that. Things like



Is a perfect example of what I am talking about. Contributing to communities like EP takes a lot of time and hard work, and it really saddens me when all those hours, as for EP, I believe I've been here two years, are just washed away by someone who thinks it's all about being "a token member". This doesn't only apply to the person that posted what I quoted above, I'm sure its just me being oversensitive to this kind of stuff, but so be it. I love contributing to communities - uploads, helping people out, things like that. Let me also mention that the forums, as they are now, is a pure nightmare for people who are asking about things they've not got experience with. Shouting at newbies/beginners seems to be really "in" these days, and that kind of ticks me off too. I bet it's just me having a bad temper.

I'm not very good at writing or talking - especially not in English, and I'm sure you'll be able to pick apart this post in all kinds of ways, but that does not really bother me. I'm not really trying to insult anyone either, although it might look like it. So, I'm kind of tired. Bye for now.
