Well, that and I can remember VIVIDLY what did my left knee in...

I was changing a 48" John Deere 4X4 tractor tire, and to break the old tire's seal on the rim I used a 'duckbill' hammer. A 15 LB sledgehammer with one side shaped like a duckbill...to slip in between the tire and the rim.

I did this all the time, but this time, I missed. I went from a full over the shoulder swing, missed, and hit directly under my left kneecap. I hit it so hard I completely knocked my leg out from under myself.

    I limped for weeks.

Nope...still done that way today. It really slips on th ere pretty easy, and if you hit it hard enough, you don't even have to get the bars out. It's the difference between taking 10 second to put a tire on the rim, or getting the bars out and prying.

As I was walking down the stair,
    I met a man who wasn't there.
    He wasn't there again today.
    I wish, I wish he'd go away.
