You need the Xbox's drive's power plugged into the motherboard or you get error 12. The Xbox's top is off, yes.

bin/cue or iso/wav, or iso/ape is what you want tbh.
but iso/mp3, convert mp3 to wav, then burn with nero or whatever.
but i don't recommend iso/mp3, quality sucks.
