Definetely agree with you, this episode was nothing but Naruto controlling his chakra. And Guy went full power just to get out of the water, really lame.

That was pretty lame. The Hyuuga with the most potential couldn't break out of the bubble until he saw Tenten about to drown. Such crap. He was able to break out of it, obviously, so why didn't he do it earlier?

Anyway, someone over at GameFaqs is implying that pre-timeskip Kakashi >>>> pre-timeskip Kabuto. I may be wrong, but wasn't Kabuto stated as being Kakashi's equal? Roughly?

its starting to get good and it finishes it'll probably be a full episode before the sasori fight which I hope does not last as many manga chapters, if they shorten it a bit it would be an awesome fight

I knew it was too good to be true then. You know, Sakura being able to take down an Akatsuki member, even though she had Chiyo along with her. Oh well. I guess that's what we get from a Chunnin.
