Well it IS logistically flawed. 
Just because you can do something but won't doesn't mean it's automatically a malevolent decision. Preventing humans from acting evil would go against Free Will, something God promised us. You have the choice to be good or evil. Unfortunately some people choose to be evil, but just as many choose to be good, and most people tend to hover around neutral.
