    Default Lunar 2 problem

Okay so my problem is on my brothers computer, it wont let him play lunar eternal blue, as the screen is extremely choppy. I am not sure what to do, Ive tried everything I can think of, Ive switched video components several times and no success. His computer came with windows vista which could be the problem but im not sure. any ideas on what the problem might be?

Vista is never the problem, the computer is. How much ram is in the computer? It's recommended to have at least 1 gb of ram with windows Vista.

Vista is pretty damn resource hungry, so it could definitely be the culprit if it ran adequately on XP.

    Here's some helpful tips:

Use ePSXe 1.5.2 for most RPGs.
For Video: P.E.Op.S Soft Driver 1.17 [Turn on the Lunar and Odd/Even fixes]
    For Sound: Eternal SPU

If your brother's comp came with Vista, then maybe it's a dual-core.
If it is, then read what it says here:
