Shock of all shocks, Hypnos is looking for some rap to listen to. Previously, I'd pretty much written the genre off, but I've heard a few good tracks (mostly Dead Prez, iirc) and now I'm looking for some good albums.

Course, most of my music background is punk and metal, so harsh and political is what I'm mostly looking for. So, what would anyone recommend me?

From the sounds of things I think you'd love Immortal Technique. Great rapper and his music is about as political as the genre gets.
