Not really, but there are hooks as power-ups in the game. And the first player is by default coloured Red and the second Blue.

It's an old game, which needs a second human player.
It also has more power-ups than a hook. So, it can also be called Rainbow-Boots-Man, but still be wrong for the sole reason that the alien creatures that resemble the male gender of Homo sapiens are not multi-coloured.

The game's Marshmallow Duel or MDuel. There was an MDuel UT2004 mod called Mowbray's Revenge and now there is a Marshmallow Duel: DS which can be downloaded for free at the Marshmallow Duel: Official Website.
