    Default PSX Emulator.

I have pSX, ePSXe, but there's another emulator that I forgot the name of. Something like, PSSSSS, or PSSSSX, something along those lines. Can someone help me find it? I've been having problems with ePSXe that I don't feel like trying to trouble shoot right now, so I'm just looking for alternate emulators. =\

Edit: And does someone know where I can find an english version of Emurayden?

Edit2: Nevermind on the Emurayden thing. I found a working download link from one of Cookie's posts in the past: http://memo5.dyndns.org/Emulateurs/C...den-v22eng.exe

Still need the other emulator, though.

It's a PSX emulator that doesn't really need configuring when it comes to plugins and such. And it only runs discs.

So for EmuRayden, you either need to burn the ISO to CD and play it from your CD drive, or mount the ISO to a virtual drive and play it from there.

Btw, EmuRayden is just a hack of CVGS (Connectix Virtual Game Station) so if you already have CVGS, then you don't need EmuRayden.

Sure about that? I installed the english version of ER. I mounted a game in a virtual drive, and it wouldn't run. I've always had to run games through discs when it came to ER. I guess that just shows all machines are different.

Was there a disc in any of your drives?
EmuRayden/CVGS try to run the first CD that they find, so if you have a disc in your CD drive, they'll try to play that, and won't load the ISO on your virtual drive.

Also, some games aren't compatible with EmuRayden/CVGS.

And you have to have the virtual drive configured properly too.

    Which game was it, btw?

It was the Crash Bandicoot compilation disc that I uploaded for EP a while back. I didn't have a disc inserted into the real drive. Just the image mounted to a virtual one.

emurayden sucks (for me anyways) it did weird stuff to my screen resolutions. CVGS is better and safer (don't forget to use the XP exe patch for it). AND emurayden is reported to have either a trojan or spamware in it (I forget what it was but it was bad)

None of that has ever shown up in my PC over the long period of time I've used it.
