It's suprisingly poorly made.

Good as a racing game, but needs more crashes.

I know, I couldn't find it anywhere over here and when I finally saw one it was like for 35-40-ish bucks, and since I don't have a job that's kinda hard to invest in just one move.

More or less the same. Except mine involved buying a copy.

I seriously hope the next game doesn't attempt to go back to old burnout's (and dominator's) "serious racing game that just happens to have car crashes" and keeps with takedown and revenge's "car crashing game that just happens to include racing". Also, I miss traffic checking. And crash mode.
