As much as I'd like to disagree, I can't. Aside from Zelda, a game that's available on the GC as well, there's nothing on the Wii worth getting right now. Super Paper Mario should be available on Tuesday, at which point I plan on trading Zelda and Metal Slug for it, but aside from that, I can't imagine buying another game for the thing until Metroid comes out.
I've been playing more Wii Sports bowling than I have anything else. Well, that and the VC stuff. They just need to put better games up on that thing. I dunno who the hell decides what goes up, but that person needs to be shot. In the face.
Never let the girl know how much she is hurting you. She'll continue because it makes her feel:
a) special. She won't go out with you because she'll loose that power she has over you.
b) powerful. She can manipulate you at her leisure. Like calling you to tell you about her hot friend.
Thus, never let them see you bleed.
The thing is, I played 3 quarters of the GC version of Zelda, and I just haven't been able to adjust to the Wii version. It's not terrible at all of course, but yeah, not only am I sorta messed up by the mirrored world, but I don't really wanna play through all the shit I've already played again. I have only myself to blame, but it's one reason why I don't mind getting rid of it. Not to mention, it'll be easy to find whenever I get the itch to play it again.
As for Metal Slug, I hate every single one of the control schemes, and I downloaded the PS2 version that features controls that don't make me want to murder someone. I have no reason to hold onto it. In fact, I shouldn't have bought it in the first place, but I traded in Wario, and it was the cheapest game I could get in its place.
I'm going to be using that trade-two deal to get Super Paper Mario, and I doubt that I'll regret it a bit. I can't wait for it, actually. It should brighten up my otherwise dreary week, filled with porn and depravity at work.![]()
