Hobo-Man. He's a mild-mannered panhandler by day, and a drunken slob who sleeps in his own piss and vomit by night.

His catch phrases are "Do you have a couple of bucks? Me and the family got stranded here from out of town. Whatever you can spare would help, God Bless You.", and "I swear I'm not going to spend it on alcohol!"

His suit is a loosely arranged mess of rags and shit he found in a garbage can behind the mall. Grease stains are the only stand-out addition to an otherwise non-descript, filthy mess of an outfit.

His powers are to smell really bad and stand way too close to you while muttering about how any little bit would help. He also has an uncanny ability to be a fucking pest until you give him the loose change in your pocket. Recently he was spotted flying from a bridge to the ground below, 'cause face it, when you live your life in squalor, a condition pushed on you by a Government who couldn't care less about a twice-decorated war Vet like him, enough becomes enough.
