Just completed a run through.

It looked solid enough, although it only consisted of the game up to just before the first boss fight. Even had a bunch of the kokiri forest NPC's hanging around.

Pretty decently done for a demo I suppose.

Although the thought of how to convert those big complex dungeons into 2D would probably drive anyone crazy. Although faking your own death? Bah, just drop the project and use a different username from then on. It'll never come up again.

His family asked that the project be taken down? And why is that? How the fuck would an inconsequential game project factor in to one's death? More to the point, why would his family care? They're grieving, or should be, and I'd like to think that asking a bunch of people to take down a site based on a project he did in his free time would be last on their list of priorities if it showed up on the list at all.

If he did, I wouldn't be sure whether to laugh at his joke that has so many idiots RIP ing him, or whether to spam his inbox with so much freak porn he'll wish he had died.
