Currently replaying Panzer Dragoon Saga. The battle with Azel at the end of CD 1 really is super-cool.

Gabriel Knight 2. The shots of Germany in the FMV are great. I'm kinda... off put at how different this Gabriel is from the Gabriel in 1 and 3, but this actor is likable and does the role well.

So I was playing Dirge of Cerberus - Final Fantasy VII yesterday (I swear you HAVE to write the full name like that!). Anyway, what a BORING game that was... Horrible, just HORRIBLE! (NOTE: I may be exaggerating by calling it "HORRIBLE", but still, it was pretty bland and boring).

And here I read it was something akin to Devil May Cry? Hah!

I am trying to start Shenmue, but I don't if the DC laser is dying or the CD isn't that great or a combination of both because the game doesn't load very well.

I have that problem too. All other games work just fine, just Shenmue refuses to load at certain (random) points, so I can't even start the game. Probably the disc. Too much data in those games, I imagine... And mine's barely scratched! (Just lightly).

I'm afraid of using a disc cleaner... I think I read somewhere that DC discs aren't very resistant... I said "I think"...

Here's how it went:

- Mow through the rats...
- Get to MAO (he's Chinese)...
- Promise to kill the undead... For a price...
- Arrive at the undead par-tay and agree to become their slave...
- Run some errands for their high priest dude whats-his-name...
- Promise to dig some dirt on Soego (he's a Dustie)...
- Become annoyed after about an hour of not finding anything...
- Snap and "accidentally" go commando on the undead... Dirty, dirty violence ensues...
- Grab the Silent King's skull as a trophy...
- Run back to MAO... He betray(s) you! :O!
- Kick some ass... With style! ;O
- MAO runs like a coward and you get some jink, I think... (Hey! That rhymed! :O!)

I'm using a burnt copy. It's probably something do with the quality of the burn and of the disk.

I should get myself a pre-2000 DC and check it out...
