Yes, it outright states several times after the manga timeskip that Asuma was the Third's son. Asuma had a little "self-speech" to himself while lamenting about the Third's death, apologizing to him for being such a bad son. (it's mentioned by Asuma several other times in the same timespan of him lamenting over the Third)
I guess Konahamaru was Asuma's nephew, since he calls Asuma "uncle" at one point

seriously 341 blows. the new jutsu...im unimpressed it was totally not chakra explosion devastation that has been there forever it was like a dragonball clone. LAME. and is it just me or did you read that chapter in like 3 seconds...
I didn't actually bother to read it. I just skimmed through the pictures. His new move reminds me of a destructo disc.
