You should look into Dish Network. When my family switched from DirecTV to Dish they gave us a 4 room set-up and the actual dish for free. The installation was also free. The only bad thing is you have to learn the new channels. Other than that it is basically the same service.

That's correct. You agreed to abide by the overall rules of the board as well as the rules of the individual forums when you signed up. If you don't agree with them now, then your only real option is to leave.

You are welcome to start your own threads. But when you post in someone else's thread in the Christians Answer forum. You take the discussion away from the Original Poster. You wouldn't like it much if someone did that to one of your threads would you?

First I would like to say that I will respect this rule and not to be threatened by me, but I feel that these rules seem just wrong. I came here in search of answers. I came here because whenever I try to talk to any Christians they always dismiss me and act as if I am not worthy of discussing (not debating) topics with them. When I ask questions or make statements I am looking for clarification.

Also, it hurts me and sours my view towards Christianity in general when a Christian tells me that if I don't like it then I can just leave. While I do not understand all of what it is to be a Christian, this does not seem like a very Christian thing to do.

Look, the rules of this message board are not up for debate. Unless you own this site, and I pretty sure you don't. These are the rules and if you want to stick around, you will have to abide by them. It's just that simple.
We recognize that fact too. And they don't get to stick around long either. There is no stereotyping going on. The Christians Answer forum has it's purpose. In order to maintain order in any environment, instead of having total chaos, rules have to be laid down. Either you abide by them or you don't get to post here.

Now, you are welcome to ask "your own" questions and we'll do our best to answer them. But as I've already stated. The rules stand as they are and we aren't going to keep discussing them. You have been made aware of the rules, and you've said you will abide by them. That's all we ask, but there are consequences if you don't. You risk your account being cooled and or banned. Plain and simple. I don't know how I can make that any clearer.

You came here and have demanded respect for your opinion. Respect is something that is a given, but it is also earned. A certain amount is a given (the benefit of the doubt). The rest is earned.

I am not really sure what you said after this point because you angered me. You honestly made me angry. I do no appreciate having assumptions made up about me in any way.
