It seems that way, but someone's suggested a different system: having a public forum and a forum just for the uploaders... so maybe things will change soon.

Edit: You actually need just 20 posts.

are you looking for a jap blue stinger or eng cuz ill upload the eng ntsc one if you want it after im finished illbleed.

Unfortionatly yeah there has been a new forum rule added for 50 posts before downloading area is open because of problems with new members posting our uploads in there new forums and making the links die off quicker with no credit to the original uploaders or this site.

Though if you think you can contribute maybe in some of the other sections your post count will increase quickly hopefully I know back when I first joined it wasn't that long before I got over 100 posts.

I may see if this can be lowered though it does seem a little high specially when the section I'm most active in isn't all that active these days.

There is also a NES emu has NTSC lightgun support, I'm almost sure the DreamSNES does aswell

P.S. isn't Blue Stinger the Resi type game with even more cheese, fun but cheeeeeeesey.

Anyone have an US dump of Skies of Arcadia, not the Echelon dump though thats an EU version

Also it will prolly come on more discs as the Echelon dump used on the fly extract from compressed files on the disc, hence the lag

I want it for the VGA compatability though not because Echelon's dump lags

P.S. don't be fooled by the Europe NTSC in the Echelon NFO, basicly it's the PAL version but in 60Hz and isn't VGA compatable even though you need VGA mode on for it to work in Chankast aswell as removing the echelon intro (I already tested that myself even though I knew the PAL version never had VGA compatability)

Echelon = Europe version that has no VGA support

US version does have VGA support

Apart from that no difference oh yeah the Echelon verson lags but I already said that.

The US version may not of been dumped fully I only ever found NFO data for GD1 and the game originally came on 2 GD-roms

Also the US dump was on 3 CD's just for GD1

I saw that you uploaded Devil Dice earlier, but YSI links only last for seven days. I guess that would be my request if you ever have time. Fill other requests first, I'm not desperate at this point.

Ugh, I can't download part 2 and part 3 of Illbleed. For some reason neither IE, Firefox, and download accelerators do not work. Was anyone able to get the files?

I'v got the same problem. I can not download 2nd and 3th part of Illbleed. First part is OK.
