My new guitar is the tits... It's quite unbalanced and the neck is bulky, but I just sanded it down and now it plays great. Just got to buy some parts like the whammy bar, some screws and shiznit, it'll kick ass once I set the whole thing up. I'll post pics when I get a chance.

'Tis br00t3l, think Trey Azagthoth or Vogg of Decapitated just a horn-style headstock. And it's a NJ series, not a bronze plywood one.

Sacrifices have been made, thunder and lightning appear
Rejoice in hideous blasphemy, know that the time is near
The chosen hail their master well, lusting for hate and scorn
Crying out in evil ecstacy, the antichrist is born

Bah, you're missing your spear with some Christian heads on it!

I was listening to AA's "Vs. the World" on the way home from my Bio test today(which I aced) with the volume all the way up on my iPod, so I'm sure everyone on the subway heard "Save Us O Lord, From the wrath of the Norsemen!". Then I listened to some of Bathory's "Nordland" before getting home, it was one bad-ass afternoon.

    I agree

Btw, is Emperor's 'Scattered Ashes: A Decade of Emperial Wrath' A compilation? I need to know since I'm getting the Emperor disco (finally ) and I'm just getting the full lengths and I don't need comps/live albums.

    Never mind. got it

Hmm, Terminal Death was good on friday, I enjoyed it, Soeru I even got the DJ to play an Arsis Track (passed the DJ the album and he gives it the thumbs up ), it was dead quiet from 9pm, but picked up a bit around 10:30 and really got busy at 11pm, mainly because of everyone coming out of the arch enemy gig.

Cool, which one? Was it the new "Diamond for Disease"? You should bring that 12 minute epic to one of those nights. I'd reccomend bringing some Bathory, like the "Nordland" album, everyone will love it I think. But if it's a death metal only night, can't go wrong with some Nile, bring their newest CD "Annhialation of the Wicked", wicked stuff indeed.

I've been listening to Bathory's "Blood on Ice" as it's one of the albums I haven't gotten into it yet. The drums sound hideously fake.

didn't get the chance to pass that to him . The track I got him to play was "maddening disdain" which I saw a few people really got into (lol I thought I was going to get odd looks for requesting it, even though the Dj said it was a good album)

@lagwagon, its not a death metal club, but the giffard arms (my local) has a fortnightly Death metal night.
