Default OMG, Tri-Release! XBox, GC, and PS3 Emulators released! Commercial Games! Download!!!

Im kidding. This is the thread that will hopefully stop some of the crap. Read this , and read this clear.

THERE IS NO GC, Xbox, Xbox 360, PS3, Wii EMULATOR THAT PLAYS COMMERCIAL GAMES WELL! WAIT A WHILE UNTIL THE PROGRAMS GET BETTER!

And there is no worthwhile PSP emulator either. Get over it. Buy the damn hardware

    Xbox *
    Philips CD-i ***
    Xbox360
    PS3
    Wii

    Handhelds:
    PSP
    Ngage
    Game.com

    As for arcades:

    * There is no real Xbox emulator in development as of late, the few that exist can be found in by using my emulator thread in the Tutorial section. One plays halo, and one can play turok well, thats it.

** There are a few GC emulators floating around, some being worked on, some not. Search google for the latest, but none play commercial games well.

This is a COMMERCIAL cd-i emulator. You must pay for it. Remember, no warez at this site

Listen, go out and buy the systems if you want to play it. Even a Sega Naomi setup doesnt take thousands of dollars, so all of you trolls who never support the gaming companies really should learn to.

Shouldn't you add the NDS and PSP to those others?

About the Xbox emulators: why bother with an emu when u can buy an Xbox, run full speed, and just ri....er, you know what... put the games on a HDD.
I'd love to see an NDS emu, but that will just give ppl reasons to not buy the games & play at home. I think *N is going the right route by building wireless functions into many games; it gives ppl a reason to want to go WiFi, which I assume won't be easy to fake with an emulator.

    You surely fooled me :

I'd rather keep my PSTwo, Xbox, and PSOne for game playing and play the NES, SNES, Genesis, Gameboy, Arcade, etc on my Xbox via emulation

Emuparadise has changed... where's my EP monies!?

Philips CDi is not emulated to a playable state either
Naomi is also not emulated last I looked
    Naomi GD-Rom is not emulated
CPS3 arcade is not emulated aswell

I'm sure there's a ton more aswell but there the only ones I remember for now

I like the idea behind this thread but maybe a different layout but I can't be bothered looking into that just yet so it can stay the way it is for now

I'm going to guess that the 3DO is either not well emulated, or barely so at all. I also think so of the Sega Saturn.

As I said in an old thread, GC emulation would be less CPU intensive on a Macintosh because of the same base arcitechture. You might need a naturally high speed, then overclocked AMD64 to get any reasonable speed out of a GC emulator, but a somewhat less beefed up Macintosh could emu a GC better.

Oh well, wait for the programs to get better. Or in the cases of next-gen consoles, to start existing.
ABANDON ALL HOPE, I'M NOT SURE WHY

    Is Freedo really that poor?

Saturn Emulation is sorta bearable I guess, at least with Cassini (or maybe I should rather call this Giri Giri..)

Maybe because while the thread itself is much needed, the title is a little bit misleading? He's praying on stupid people!

Oh wait, that's not so bad. Nevermind then. And no, I'm not being sarcastic. You'd think shit like this would be common sense, but I guess it's not. It needs to be said.

Oh, on a semi-related note, people really ought to stop asking for emulators to be made for systems that cant emulate the system that they're requesting the emulator for. For example; someone requested a DS emulator for the PSP. How the hell is that supposed to work?

It's been a long time since I last looked at it but then it wasn't in a playable state, so whats the state of it now?
