http://www.g-masters.com is a good place for the newest roms (register required) [5 roms per 24 hours limit]

To get our roms you need to register in the New Releases section there is no download limit but you can only download one file at a time

when i went to www.emuvortex.net and tried to register I see x loading image by the security code so I couldn't see the picture or code to register. Is there another site I can go to besides g-masters (because I think that it is down) or help me resolve this issue. I even tried right clicking on the x loading image and i still get the same thing. Please help me.

You can try to use www.dgemu.com but you need to post in their forum to get downloads, and it may take a while. Otherwise, you can ask me to upload what you need and I'll do it.
