Final Fantasy VII Battle Arena...
On the first Disc on Final Fantasy VII, Dio from the Golden Saucer makes you sign up for the battle arena for you to get you the key stone, but while running FFVII on ePSXe, the emulator preforms an illegal error as soon as you try to enter the first fight, and closes out... is there something I can do to prevent that from happening, so I can advance through the game?

This is caused by a corrupt iso. The problem hasn't been fixed yet.
But there is a way to bypass that problem. Do a save state a few seconds before entering the battle arena and upload it here (compressed in a zip file).
After that, someone with a working iso can enter the battle arena and do a save state then upload it here. You'll grab the new save state, and continue the battle.
So, now just do a save state, compress it in a zip, upload it here. I'll get the file and do that for you.
P.S. You can do a save state by hiting F1 anytime in the game, the save is located in your ePSXe folder, under the save states folder.

Well... is it possible to get a non-corrupt iso, and if not, how are you capable of getting past the battle arena glitch? Also, if I try to enter the Battle Arena in the future will this same glitch occur?

... Sorry if this sounds like spamming, but I think I may not have been specific enough as to the "you" I was referring of. I meant to ask how can you specifically get past the battle arena glitch, but not anyone else?

I got the original game on cd, that's how I can get past the glitch. And no, the glitch will not occur at a later time in the game, as long as I know.
A few people here had that problem, and everyone did send a save state to get by.
Not too long ago, I uploaded my Final Fantasy 7 CD1 to EP, but MasJ has been really busy and couldn't do the updates to make my upload available to people. It sure won't be that long, but you shouldn't expect to get the iso tomorrow morning.
So, for now, you could do a save state, and i could help you get pass this problem.
BTW, there is an edit button at the bottom of each of your posts. This way, if you need to change something fast, you can just hit it and do your modifications. This way you won't double post.

MasJ posted some days ago that Polobunny's FF7 has been ready in EP's FTP in another thread. So it should be able to be downloaded. And still there are d/l's going on this file on my FTP all the time.
