Ok I have Gens... I have The Lunar Iso thingy Lunar TO1 Model 2048 and I have Sega cd bios Us and Europe and Sega Mega-cd Bios Japan... I have those three in their correct directories and then when I try to play the game it shows Sonic... then it says Lunar Silver Star... then it goes black... or it says The exterior ram is not formatted would you like to format it? And it says Cool or No Way I click Cool and it says Correctly formatted... then it freezes and doesn't do anything...

Could you post a screen shot showing the files for the one of the CD games so I can check they have the correct names, this does play a big role in getting the CD games running because if the game looks for a CD sound track but can't find it, it will just crash on you.

Also do you have the Perfect synchro setting on?

Hey I had the same problem a long time ago. It seems that the rom works for some people and equally doesn't work for others like me and you. I simply got a different rom from here:

I works fine. Man it was good to hear that opening theme from the original Lunar again (and not that PSX crap!). Ahhhh... feels like a 'calm lanity'.

You can save normally like you would in any game (at save points, on the world map, or whenever, depending on the genre of game you're playing) but if you're talking save states, just go up to "File" and scroll down to "Quick Save". click it whenever you want to save the game. Just click on "Quick Load" to resume your game where you left off. You can also save by scrolling down to "Save stae as.." in the same File menu.

Hey all, how goes it? Anyways I'm having a prob with the Legend of Mana game from emuparadise.org and I was wondering if someone could help me out.

Kay it's like this. I mounted it on a cd, using Alcohol 120%, since it works a zillion times better that way. I get up to the Heaven's Gate quest. Dunno if any of you do that series of quests but it's the one with the cat girl, Escad, Irwin, Matilda, well you get the idea. Problem comes after I set the brooch, go in, work my way through the snake corpse, and get to Irwin. I beat the hell out of him, because he's a joke. Well after I stomp him, he does that acid trip background to disintergrate, ect, and after it's all done, the game leaves me in battle mode with the background there. I can move, attack, use my abilities, but I'm friggin stuck on that screen. It's driving me nuts and I was wondering if anyone knew what to do about it. Following are a list of my com's specs, in case that had some bearing, plus the emulator I use and all that good stuff. Any and all help would be nice. Thanks.

Intel Celeron 2.6ghz processor
384mb RAM
64mb Video card (Intel something I dunno.)
48x CD R/W ROM
ePSXe v1.60 using:
Pete's openGL Driver v1.75
P.E.Op.S. DSound Audio Driver 1.9
Under Windows XP

Uhh... I think that's about all that's needed. I have the latest version of Direct X as well. 9.0c? d? Whatever it's up to now. So... any thoughts?

the part right after you 1st see the leader of kislev... more specifically where fei is having the flashback of playing with a ball with his mother... just letting you know... i dunno if it's the ISO itself or if it's something else is wrong... i tried redownloading it and reinstalling but it didn't work... sorry if this has been posted before...

the part after Fei turns into Id and destroys the yggdrasil well any ways it's where he has the flashback of him playing ball with his mother... i hear the sound it makes when the squaresoft title pops up when you 1st turn the game on then soon after that it freezes. I dunno if it's the ISO or the emulator or what, it's ran almost perfectly fine until now... sorry if this has been posted before. Any help would be apreciated.

Xenogears from what I've heard is quite problematic. Umm, I'm presuming your playing this in ePSXe? Firstly I would recommend you play this in ePSXe 1.5.2 not the newer 1.6.0.

There is also a fix where before the dream seqeuence you hit the F7 key to activate the fix then hit F7 after the sequence to turn it off
