If you want you can request it. depending on the rarity of the thing you're looking for you might have some luck. if you want to browse through a lot of items then i suggest SN, I only call it that cos it has warez on it and it cannot be mentioned, I'm pm'ing you the link though.

There is only one file you can load with a Sega CD game anyway :/

Just go ahead and try using the file dropdown then Open ROM
