    Default Gitches w/ FF9's FMV

    Hello,

I'm having trouble viewing FF9's FMV especially the last one using P. E. Op.S. soft driver video 1.16 plug-in and Eternal SPU Plugin. While it's viewing the FMV of last part, it show the beginning part perfectly fine, but suddenly it will show pink squares and a grey background. Is there anyway I can fix this problem? Because I really want to see the ending of FF9. Could it be from video card?

Thanks and here are my computer specs:

    1 Ghz AMD Althon
    30 GB Western Digital HDD
    Lite-on 52x32x52x CD-RW Drive
    Hitachi DVD Drive
    512MB Memory
    Sound Blaster Live! Soundcard
    Nvidia Geforce2 MX-400

    Thanks again!

By the way, I'm running the game through a DVDROM drive with the original game.

You have one damaged CD it has nothing to do with the plugins/emu/hardware

You could try and ISO your original CD then run a lil prog called CD Mage through it to try and repair the damaged parts in the dumped CD ISO

Once I extracted it into a *.ISO and used CDmage, I found a corrupted file but how I fix it? Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks.

Fist Scan it then once that has finished you can either click the Repair Button or the Rebuild Sectors Button

As they have diff effects I would backup the ISO so you can try both options and see what one has the best effect

Also sometimes CD Mage can't repair all the errors but you don't always need them all repaired so before you give up try the game
