It's official that Genghis Khan is a fighter with Power Attack and Cleave feats at level 1. Obviously has Ride skill points and Mounted Archery feat in modules with mounts. Since he takes skill points in Intimidate his Prestige class is Weapon Master so takes all feats to qualify. Therefore requires 13 Dexterity and 13 Intelligence to acquire those feats and the other ability scores evenly distributed between Strength and Constitution. Having Charisma stat as tertiary stat for uneven Strength and Constitution as you level up. Should start with 9 Charisma to spend at least 1 level up point for no CHA penalty. After he masters melee specializes in Shortbow.



1 level in Barbarian for bonus to speed wearing light armor. Fighter until he specializes in Shortbow and all other levels Weapon Master.

Mongols used scimitars, battle axes and spears in melee. Have them in your inventory and specialize in scimitar because they are keen and synergize with Weapon Master criticals. Also, have plenty of arrows and a shortbow.

Genghis Khan has leadership skills so take 4 skill points in Persuade after the 4 skill points in Intimidate required to qualify as Weapon Master.

Note: he is a ruthless empire building warlord and is inherently Lawful but to take one level of Barbarian he must be Neutral or Neutral Evil in 3rd Edition rules. Can start as Neutral then shift alignment naturally according to his actions.

So, he can become Lawful after he takes Barbarian at level 2 if he does Lawful things. He'll be killing often therefore ends up Lawful Evil. Never does anything Chaotic.
