taking a little break from NV and went back to oblivion. I have spent hours trying to find which mod in my list is broken and now I finally did it ended up being one I didn't expect instead of the one I did so now I'm going to try reinstalling it to see if it fixes the issues I was having with the mod.

damn mod screwed my saves up a quest giving npc disappeared and I can't get them back even on my other two save files when I didn't have the mod installed or active. so now I have to start the game over.
I won't be reinstalling that mod again as it stupidly adds doors that block npc pathing and other things that were interfering with npc pathing.
