so yesterday was the final nail in the coffin for me with NMS. I managed to get amuss working and got the performance mod installed with it but once I got in game there was no performance improvement in fact it made it worse so I decided to try the no fade mod to see if I could get it to install(which I did) it made a small improvement but the game was still running like shit. the game was running okay(slow but playable most of the time) for a while since I reinstalled it but for about the last week I can't even get playable speeds. everything has been like a slideshow with long loading times. the more time I spend playing it the worse it seems to have gotten so I'm sadly done with it.
I decided to get oblivion(again) and I've been looking through mods I have a number lined up so far. I also found a mod that addresses a nagging issue I have always had with the game it's not a bug it's more a bad game design choice with the geography. I haven't seen many weapon or armor mods I like yet.

Yeah I read the news, Vimm's goes way back to the Plasticman.org days in prehistoric time. They can't keep up with the demand from iPhone users getting an emulator pounding their server.

It was ahead of its time, it's still better than a lot of newer sites. Emulation will never die, even if it has to go underground on the dark web there's WayBack Machine.

Metroid 64 is so cool! The 3D graphics look amazing and surreal. Controlling Samus is super smooth, and the lock-on targeting makes fighting bad guys easy. Exploring and solving puzzles is really fun, even though the camera can be a bit annoying sometimes. It's definitely one of my favorite games!

It wouldn't be all that surpirsing if emulation does go underground or on the deep web. Especially with the way things are now.
