It can be done with MUGEN, without blade kick and with a sonic boom aura for anti-air like Blanka for opponents jumping in. And tapping forward or backward to sprint in order to close in or evade. Classic cars with hydraulics popping and speaker systems as well as concert speakers with woofers as the background. I am a DJ and can remix this with the Stage 1 music from the first Sonic game on a seamless loop as background music.
