I'm uncertain what Michael Jackson's SPECIAL would be in Fallout 4 but it would be a high Agility and Charisma build, not 10 Charisma because he does not Intimidate with a gun but at least 8 for Inspirational and 6 Agility for Moving Target while he moonwalk dances around and his inspired companions attack.

no but I used to have the game on genesis.

Genesis had the superior processing speed of the time, which made Sonic games possible. However when you compare the Sega version of Genghis Khan II to the Nintendo version the SNES had a superior soundchip. Moonwalker would have been even better on SNES, one of the few times Sega had better licensing than Nintendo.

Edit: Of all these Fallout mod concepts the reason Genghis Khan is in a game is that he's in a game. A man out of time hundreds of years in the future, part of what made Bill & Ted funny but Temujin is not much a laugher unless he laughs last.

It's canon that Michael Jackson is a hidden character in Ready To Rumble Boxing, he dances circles around you and flanks you. Moonwalking toward you from behind you for free unblockable hits dirty fighting because he's bad.



Therefore, just as most builds have three primary perk trees his focus is on Iron Fist, Moving Target and Inspirational.

Edit: his secondary skills are Blacksmith to upgrade the vanilla game boxing glove, Armorer so he is not a glass cannon with 2 Endurance and can add Sprinter mods to armor then moonwalk fight dancing circles to get behind opponents for free hits, they will have to turn around which means your companions get free hits from behind if they do but fight dirty because you're bad. As well as Lady Killer to recreate his boyfriend style in Thriller.

I have a couple suggestions for you that I think would fit well with what you've been doing.
Martin Landau(not sure that's spelled right) and Barbara Bain from space 1999 lab coats or vault uniforms would probably be the most fitting.
I can't remember the actors name but he played Apollo on the original battlestar galatica and Dirk Benedict from the same show in pilot uniforms(they were both viper pilots) possibly Lorne Green and John Colicos could fit as well.
